Concept design is next, creating a project proposal to include budgeting, strategic planning and if required we will partner with other professional services such as architects, quantity surveyors, engineers, and construction specialists.

A complete design process will include many options and solutions culminating in a final design & specification guide. This would include plans, elevations, sketches,3D visuals, VR walkthrough.

We work with individuals to renovate an existing home, add an extension, upgrade materials or invest in a new kitchen. Uur aim commercially is to optimise the potential for developers. we have experience of working on the change of use of a building, social housing, high end residential developments, student accommodation and hotel furniture.

We will provide assistance with building regulations, planning applications, full construction drawing package and manage the tender process.
